Branding and communication collateral for the modern development featured on Wills Street. Glen Iris is a suburb rising up as one of Melbourne’s premier new suburbs for young professionals as well as families. The challenge for the developer was to convey luxury, accessibility and affordability. The apartment design is striking, modern but also visually blends in with its organic surroundings. We presented Wills as a development comprising of a one part young trendy design and the other a young family entry property, the design mimicked the strong vertical lines of the building.
