Refurbishment of a Chelsea restaurant for new proprietors. The typical Chelsea terrace is Grade II listed and required extensive modernisation and internal alterations. Working closely with Despina Curtis on the interior scheme and specification of finishes, the upper ground floor had a light redecoration whilst the lower ground received a complete reconfiguration. The basement level is home to the kitchen which was completely refitted with suitable equipment, also requiring some hefty external plant in very tight confines.
