Director & Producer of a feature documentary, currently in post-production. Synopsis: Inspired by the world-first trek, 'Max vs. Everest' tells the incredible true story of a disabled man’s inspirational journey to conquer Everest - on a horse. Over the course of a feature length documentary, we delve into Max Stainton’s life; a young disabled man who suffers from Cerebral Palsy. Using a mixture of archive and present day footage, we get to know Max and understand the challenges and obstacles that he has had to overcome, and how his simple request to be treated as an equal led him to build a team, fly 6,000 miles and put himself in danger, to become the first disabled person to ride to Everest Base Camp on horseback.
