I am a London-based journalist, author, editor and copywriter with over ten years experience of conceiving, creating and publishing content across multiple platforms, both on and offline. Formerly a senior writer at leading communication arts journal Creative Review, I have contributed to numerous visual culture blogs and magazines, and have authored books on diverse topics including guerrilla advertising, button badges, the design history of BMX bikes and the story of how emoji emerged as a global cultural phenomenon. I have also worked on a host of self-initiated projects, many of them collaborative, that have taken various forms from exhibitions, websites, brand identities, food pop-ups, limited edition products and more. I'm currently contracting at an ad agency in central London, working on three client accounts creating copy for posters, social and web – as well as long-form, editorial print projects.Locked Pro Plan feature
