Content creator for plant based, sustainable and charitable organisations with a background in digital communications for charities and businesses. Current and previous clients include Anti Diet Riot Club, Mind, The Humane League UK, Animal Free Research UK, The Bike Project, Mayhew, Vevolution, Bright Spot, Orchestras Live, SeeAbility, Dementia UK, WasteAid, Chiltern Music Therapy, The Eve Appeal and Orbis UK.     Guerilla campaigning with ONEA new school year, a new Prime Minister… Early September 2022 was nothing short of eventful and I was lucky to be part of those events with ONE - a global movement campaigning to end extreme poverty and preventable disease by 2030.     Alan Carr visits animal rescue at ChristmasLast year the wonderful Alan Carr came to visit the rescue animals at Mayhew! �� He dressed up as Santa to give the pups some exciting presents. I wanted to share this with you all. It was one of my favourite projects to lead whilst at Mayhew. To put the end result together, I produced the shoot, lead on set decoration, did the lighting and directed on the day. I then edited the final product myself too. Alan was SO lovely and a dream to work with - especially when dogs can be so unpredictable.

    The Org Impact awards celebrate the world's most impactful .ORGs. The winner of the Outstanding Website Redesign noticed the success of their redesign when they realised there was a “dramatic decrease in the number of people who use our contact form simply to ask us for help finding something on our site.” Post launch of the new website, the team was able to focus more on increasing resources and outreach to assist the community.

    Good Web Guide Charity Website of the YearThe Good Web Guide
    Winner of the 2018 Good Web Guide Award for Charity of the Year. By making digital a part of the charity’s wider strategy, and using social media to its advantage, Georgie has been able to create more awareness and rescue more animals in need. The 132-year-old charity helps thousands of dogs and cats escape a life of abandonment, cruelty and neglect each year. The new site, launched in June, has improved user experience by creating a streamlined donations process and allowing users to access help from the charity’s community projects. The site is the charity’s number one tool for brand awareness and growth.
