About me
I am a Senior designer who understands the need for project solutions designed with the user in mind. Over recent years I have worked on a wide range of projects for an eclectic client set. This has enabled me to focus on the differing needs of each client range while providing engaging & effective results. I am a strong communicator prepared to work in a challenging environment interacting with both project teams and clients alike to develop successful project solutions.

  • Hanns Salon
Hanns SalonTHE CLIENT Hanns Professional has become Medway's lead independent salon in recent years. With a modern, stylish approach and an expert passionate team. The Salon offers a wide range of services including beauty therapies and bespoke styling. I worked to provide both branding and a website that display their quality, professionalism while holding on to their warm and welcoming approach.  THE CHALLENGE It had been a while since Hanns had been able to spend time on their website. Business had been great and the company had been expanding. With this in mind Kieran the companies founder was keen to develop the company further with the introduction of new branding and a rejuvenated site. From initial analysis of the company it was clear to see that they prided themselves on being very team driven. This was something that I was very keen to incorporate in the new site. Also the existing site had been developed without a mobile option something that was sure to be reducing mobile bookings. My intention was to produce a contemporary, easy to navigate site that displayed all of Hanns services which was also available across all devices.
  • Tiny Joy Photography
Tiny Joy PhotographyTHE CLIENT Tiny Joy is a fledgling company specialising in hi definition imagery of newborns. I have been lucky enough to be involved with the company to develop its branding and website. THE CHALLENGE I was initially approached to assist with the branding of a specialist photography company. At that point there was only a name "TinyJoy". the task was to create branding that portrayed the high quality, luxury service on offer. This would need to sit perfectly across a number of items including packaging, home installations, promotional items and the brand new TinyJoy website. THE BRANDING Working to create a brand that will be as memorable as the images they provide. The companies founder (Amanda) was keen to develop a style that would feel welcoming while at the same time display Tiny Joy's visual strengths across both print and digital media.  With this in mind I worked to provide a styling that would be both clean and elegant while at the same time being versatile enough to work across various media.
  • Gibbs Gillespie
Gibbs GillespieTHE CLIENT Gibbs Gillespie is the largest independent Estate Agent in Middlesex, Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire. Offering expert help for all property needs - from a property valuation to helping you find your perfect property for sale or to let. THE CHALLENGE Gibbs Gillespie came to us with a very clear idea of what they wanted. Less clutter, better functionality, Cleaner imagery and a site that stands up to its rivals in a competitive market. A site that would increase enquiries and display the various offerings of the company in an organised manner

  • JoyRide
JoyRideTHE CHALLENGE When developing JoyRide the aim was to create an app that would increase the safety of cyclists while on their daily commute. To guarantee the effectiveness of the app the end user was consulted from the start upon every aspect. From basic functions through to colour and approach. A key thing was to develop an app that was easy to operate that the user would find instinctive. Focusing on the key issues that they would face on a daily basis from danger awareness through education to safety based routing.  THE AUDIENCE To understand the key audience for this app research questions were developed. From these an understanding of the cyclists daily issues were evident and personas were created to focus the progression of the applications features.
