Creatively driven in multiple fields with a wide knowledge of creating and producing high-end projects from concept to delivery. I have worked on projects ranging from photo shoots, social/digital campaigns, video direction, styling, store launches to experiential events. I'm an enthusiastic and highly motivated Art Director for print and digital along with live events. I have worked in creative positions that utilise my Art Direction & Graphic Design experience along with my passion for driving projects forward and manage a team to deliver its success. These strengths enable me to make a positive and innovative contribution to each project. With my experience, I feel I can be a multi-faceted resource to any creative studio. Having worked with some leading brands such as Nike, Google, Facebook, Snapchat, O2, Vans, Nikon, HTC, Oakley, Three, Jeep, EA Games and Ford I feel I am conversant with running a successful project with exceptional client relationship handling. A brief background on my career - Started my creative life by working as a Visual Merchandiser for American Apparel which leads to a chance meeting with stylist Jodie Barnes. I began assisting Jodie on LFW and editorial shoots whilst maintaining my AA role. From here I started working for Urb-Orbis building up a design department from scratch, whilst asset managing various big client accounts. I progressed with the company to Lead Designer working on store launches, editorial content and event design. I moved with the company and helped set up FM's production arm - Prime & Fire. Within P&F I continued to develop my skills, eventually becoming Creative Director of Design for all production jobs. Most recently, I moved to BrandFuel whereas 2D Design TL, I have Art Directed various jobs for Google, Facebook and Snapchat.
BrandFuel is an integrated, creative agency specialising in events, brand and digital. My role was to come and take control of the all of the design output along with setting up a video arm of the business. I have art directed many experiential projects and events for high-profile tech clients such as Snapchat, Google and Stripe along with Michelin star restaurants, hotel groups and charities. I take a project from the initial brief and create job-winning pitches through to award winning finalised projects. I use high attention to detail to deliver champion projects with clear thought-through plans and executions.
Continuing on my role from Urb-Orbis, I began in the company as lead graphic designer, after a short period I was promoted to Head Designer then a year later to Creative Director which involved managing a small team of in-house and freelance designers, animators and developers. Working as the Art Director for all projects produced, I oversee each project from idea creation to development through to delivery. Working with a wide selection of clients such as O2, Nike, Volvo, Jeep, Mini, HTC, Cocio and Scott Bikes. Each project has its own identity and graphic guidelines set out by myself and the client. It is my responsibility to ensure that all creative assets/ideas are delivered on schedule whilst keeping an eye on every little detail.
