Viviane Leezer is an independent illustrator & Animator based in leiden. Design is her passion and visual language is her tool for commercial work. Currently she works under her own name Viviane Leezer Illustrations (aka Studio VLI in short). Viviane creates distinct entertaining animations & illustrations designed to communicate and promote products, campaigns, information and companies themselves. Her artwork consists of story driven concepts executed with dynamic, warm and personal hand drawn designs. Worked on the Book trailer for Boek 256 Seconden by Robert van Fijden (http://boek256blz.nl/). Worked together with Submarine Channel Client: Singel Uitgeverijen
Worked on the animation project "Verzet" Based on an interview of a woman living in Bergen op Zoom who lived during WWII, the short focuses on her living in a dangerous environment, trying to keep her family and house a safe place. This animation was featured at the Liberty festival Brabant at the presentation of ' Drawn, Brabant eyewitnesses 70 years after the war '. During the liberty festival in Den Bosch was a mobile cinema and in it were a selection of the short animated films to see (Foundation Beeldtijd: https://vimeo.com/channels/getekend). Each movie takes three minutes. It was a continuous performance. You can walk in and out. The animation was also aired on the Dutch TV channel: Omroep Brabant
