I’m job hunting for marketing/social media/creative roles and hoping to find places that have a team that’s really diverse, fun, conscious, creative and progressive like gal-dem for e.g.
A company that welcomes all types of personalities and celebrates differences.

- I think Monzo ticks quite a lot (if not all) of those boxes! They have recently also hired a new Head of D&I who seems pretty badass.
- Off the top of my head, Quiet Storm, but check out The Other Box and Creative Equals as they'll know loads.
