I'm putting together a reading list for 2024. What was the one book that changed your life?

- Be more pirate, great to inspire the social entrepreneur in us all.
- Ditto: "Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear" by Elizabeth Gilbert
- Depends what you're into, Pip!I was a bit late to the game, but really enjoyed Be More Pirate. Feel like you may too given your entrepreneurial streak.T
- A bit late for 2021, but I picked up Genki. A to help me study the Japanese language.
- Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear by Elizabeth Gilbert!
- This is really excellent - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Extraordinary-lead-bigger-braver-meaningful/dp/1781334846
- Henry Miller - The Collosus of Maroussi. I read this while travelling through Greece and while Miller is general associated with sexually explicit themes and often male chauvanistic views, this 'travelogue' is a welcome change from that. It is surprisingly bright, charming and sparked in me a sort of spiritual rebirth as I walked through the trees in Epidauvros and lapped up every word he wrote. Highly recommend to anyone who wants an escape from the fast, anxiety inducing and often overwhelming modern world we live in.
- A book that has struck me deeply thus far has been Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami. But then subsequently reading Kafka on the Shore too was significant; then earlier this year I read Oscar Wilde’s Picture of Dorian Gray which really struck me too. But overall, at this very moment, Norwegian Wood changed my perception of things in a truly profound way.
- The Richest Man in Babylon - I was so irresponsible with money. This book really changed my perspective - it's an easy book to read and will help a lot of people when it comes to money management
- The Daily Stoic
- The Artists Way - Julia Cameron
- So many great books throughout the years! This year, though, Seth Godin's 'The Practice' shook me, refocused me, and gave me a massive boost of motivation. A must read!
- Not exactly lefe changing but A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius by Dave Eggers
- The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy
- Definitely the Bible...... changed me completely!
- The alchemist and papillon
- @Darshil Shah Great book! :)
- Subtle Art Of Not Giving A Fuck!!
- Conversations with God
- Selfie: How the West became self obessed by Will Storr. A really difficult book to read from start to end, due to it being reflective, with alot to process. But it is worth it, as it helps you to understand yourself and your own mentality.
- A Beginner's Guide to the Universe by Mike Dooley and Impact by Sir Ronald Cohen
- Ryan Holiday - The Obstacle is The Way
- Sapiens
- Hope in Hell by Jonathon Porrit - a must for our time and is on audio books too. x
