What are your personal or professional goals for 2022? I'm looking for the right job and to make the most of every day.

- Lot of days have gone by! But did you manage to accomplish your goals?
- My ambition is to become an expert in my profession, and this year will undoubtedly be spent honing my abilities.
- My current goal is to reflect on my experience more. I’m hoping that getting a broader picture of my past will help me find something that makes perfect sense to work towards. It’s tricky combining all of your passions 😊
- Work life balance and especially skills set refresh and new hobbies. Those last two years were pretty dull if I am being honest, hopefully things will get better as we progress throughout the next couple of years :)
- Personal goal: work less.Professional goal: work more.As a consultant, I have the freedom to work when I want so I thought I'd live more and work less this year. The thing is, I love my job and am thinking about asking ad agencies if they'll have me intern for a week throughout the year so I can learn more.Decisions decisions!
- Hi Emi! Personally, I want to get onto the housing market as currently I rent. Professionally, I want to keep growing as an expert within the industry! I'm trying my best to learn and develop. You're right. Each day provides another opportunity, and we've got to keep going. :-)
- @Ilaria Mangiardi that sounds fab, I became a homeowner recently and it's worth all the stress to get there. I'd love to come along that's very kind, I'm available until about 4pm UTC as I have to pick up my partner but could come along for some if it wasn't disruptive to you. Hope they all go brilliantly!
- @Mame good luck, chase those creative dreams. I did some production work on short films years ago, you could look at some Set Runner and Assistant Director work to get experience? Hope you find the right people for your project.
- @Susie Sandford Smith love the positive energy! Last year was tough, the past 2 years were for most, so trying to keep a positive mindset this year whatever comes my way. Hope all your plans go swimmingly :)
- @Pip Jamieson that's a great goal! I think more people now are looking for better work/life balance. I used to work 6 days a week in theatre production too, I learned that you will burn out if you push yourself too hard for too long.
- Mine is trying to reclaim my Saturdays, as working 6 days a week (which I have done for years) isn’t particularly healthy.
- Buying a house and hosting at least 10 writing workshops to help people tap into their inner world through the magical power of writing. The first one is a goal-setting workshop and I'd like to invite you for free. Let me know if you're interested! https://planandplay2022eng.eventbrite.com
- Ah, I love the idea of making the most of every day. I've decided that I'm going to have my best year yet, and that's not necessarily because of anything that might happen (though hopefully there will be lots of interesting stuff) but because that's what I've decided. That's the plan, anyway. Lots of related concrete plans too. Wishing you well with both.
