What results have you seen from posting projects on The Dots?
I just posted a new project on my profile. Has anyone seen good engagement, made connections, had work enquiries, or any other benefits / results from the projects they've shared here?
Appreciate you sharing your experience and any tips you have.

- I met a business partner on the Dots who is a wonderful person and great at new business development. The Dots has also been a great place to post work and side projects to where there has been some insightful feedback. Also, when working on a project that was raising money for the NHS I had a number of people volunteer to be part of a short film reading a poem that has gone down extremely well.So very grateful to the dots!Hope that helps?Take careAlan
- @Arna Maria Kristjansdottir I believe it's going to be posted as a video at some point.
- I’ve just had good responses from posting questions. And other people use projects as more of a portfolio thing
- @Scott Jackson oh damn I missed that. I wonder if it was recorded and I can watch it somewhere
- Thanks @Scott Jackson @Morphe Digital Design @Freddie Rowland @Ø Macioti @Paul Bridges that's pretty much what I thought, but I appreciate you sharing your experience.
- Not much but then I've never really used The Dots properly. I was part of the Zoom webinar yesterday which was an eye opener so hopefully that will change how I use it?
- To be honest the projects part of the dots functions more as online portfolio in my opinion - I've responded to people looking for illustrators, and they check out my profile and see my work that way. Posting the projects themselves generates very little engagement, but that may just be dependent on the work.
- I have to agree with @Paul Bridges. Appreciation from those I connected with, but not much else. I found people don't really reach you through tools such as tags.
- Just kind appreciation so far for me Matt.
