Description

Closing Date: 26-Apr-2024

From our first store in the 1960s, a little Taunton shop with great clothes and even better prices, to an omni-channel business serving millions of customers… we're New Look.
Our purpose is always to inspire That New Look Feeling and we believe that starts with us. Our values motivate us every day: we play to win, we’re customer-obsessed and we work as one.
It's a busy and exciting time for the brand and we’re on the hunt for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Digital team.
The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to come in and help us scale out our new Loyalty scheme, which is being built by a cross-functional product team.
Responsibilities:
  • Build a healthy & effective high performing team that is able to deliver at pace – including a strong relationship with your technical lead.
  • Define the Vision, OKRs and Roadmap for your product team, to ensure the work they are doing is aligned with New Look’s goals and product strategy
  • Be the servant leader to the team, helping to unblock them when needed and deliver against the team's goals, growing the product online and in-stores.
  • Design and facilitate workshops to solve challenging problems.
  • Ensure a high quality bar for everything your team produces across the full product lifecycle.
  • Consistently use high quality communications to articulate the key risks of your product.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform your decision making process, collecting and analysing both as needed.
About You:
  • An expert in product discovery, agile methodologies (such as Scrum and Kanban) - bonus for knowledge around increasing customer loyalty.
  • Received rave reviews for your abilities to inspire and empower colleagues. You’re known for your ability to give empathetic (but honest) feedback and teaching others to do the same. You embody the New Look values.
  • Able to understand and discuss technical concepts, so you’re able to lead on discussion around potential trade-offs of new ideas, with a focus on speed of delivery.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills and an obsessive problem solver. You define solutions based on a thorough, methodical and data informed approach.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You are able to simplify complex ideas and maximise business value.
  • You create teams with a positive can-do attitude, that celebrates successes and failures together
  • You'll demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form.
  • An expert in the power of Slack to drive asynchronous communication and culture change.
Why New Look?
The amazing people, the fashion – there are so many reasons to love working at New Look.
We prioritise development, offering training to support your progression, so you can be your absolute best and achieve your goals.
You’ll also receive these amazing benefits, to name only a few:
  • 40% staff discount
  • Monthly 25% off privilege vouchers for family and friends to enjoy
  • Season ticket loans
  • Pension - A contributory private pension scheme
  • Virtual GP access
We pride ourselves on being a flexible employer. Although this is a full-time role, our colleagues work a range of patterns. If you have a specific pattern in mind, we're keen to discuss this with you in line with the output needed for the role.
