A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
The Global PR & Influencer Assistant’s key responsibilities are to assist the team in the day-to-day activity and running of larger projects within the PR & Influencer division, notably helping to build, maintain and grow a digital community of Boden ambassadors across the UK and US. The candidate will handle influencer requests in a friendly and timely manner, assisting in the sourcing of all talent and influencers for Boden in the UK and US markets and will be in integral to the growth and running of the gifting programme. Up-to-date with trends, social media plat-forms and on top of all new rising talent, the Global PR & Influencer Assistant will assist in developing Boden’s pool of influencers across key markets to raise brand awareness, recruit new customers and produce on brand, elevated content to be used cross functionally. Together with the Global PR & Influencer Manager, the Global PR & Influencer Assistant will assist in the running of the day-to-day activity of the UK Press office, owning press office asset creation including ‘hot sheet’ mailers, competently managing media and sample requests and proactively assisting in the placement of news and shopping stories in target titles. Supporting our agency partners is key to our growth ambitions in markets outside of the UK.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Research and identify new and relevant influencers at micro, mid and macro levels in key markets.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with influencer contacts in the UK and US in order to build the Boden community, building brand love and driving brand awareness via a robust gifting programme.
  • Align with the seasonal product marketing calendar and ensure timely outreach to media and influencers.
  • Assist the Global PR & Influencer Manager in the writing of influencer briefs and con-tracts.
  • Together with the Global PR & Influencer Manager, manage all product send-outs to influencers, media and agencies from the warehouses, ensuring trackers are updated.
  • Support global agencies where required, reviewing talent lists, providing assets, sup-porting events and managing product send-outs.
  • Assist in the organisation and hosting of events in line with seasonal initiatives. Work to project timelines and budgets, ensuring assets and product/ samples are prepared ahead of the event, with any issues flagged to the wider team in good time.
  • Manage and maintain the Global Influencer Database, overseen by the Global PR & Influencer Manager to ensure new talent data is updated regularly and approved regularly by the senior team.
  • Ensure coverage is monitored and clipped in a timely manner for internal reporting purposes. Monitor competitor activity and share relevant findings with the wider team.
  • Track influencer results and collate into a weekly global coverage highlights report, reporting on activity, reach, engagement reate, EMV and revenue generated.
  • Work cross-functionally with the product marketing and buying teams to ensure that the relevant product is selected for influencers at the right time, so that Boden’s im-age, identity, and standards are consistently maintained and reflected in influencer output.
  • Work closely with social and digital marketing teams to schedule and coordinate influencer content and the use and amplification of UGC on owned/ paid social channels.
  • Contribute to creative concepting sessions for briefs, events and creative mailers.
