Role: Junior Project Manager
Location: Chiswick, England, United Kingdom (2 days a week from Chiswick office)
Working with our client, a global beverages business, the Junior Project Manager will work as part of the Account Management team and liaise directly with clients, playing a crucial role in executing successful projects. This position is ideal for those who are motivated to hone their project management skills, with ample opportunities for learning and development. You'll be instrumental in crafting and managing project plans, ensuring smooth progress, managing scope, and maintaining consistent communication with clients.
Collaborate effectively with clients to deliver seamless, successful projects and products.
Work autonomously as well as part of a cohesive team.
Foster and enhance client relationships, contributing to our business pipeline.
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and developers for project execution.
Oversee projects from inception to completion, regularly updating stakeholders on milestones and deadlines.
Plan and execute digital projects from start to finish.
Evaluate project resources and ensure they align with project requirements.
What you need to be great in this role:
Strong client engagement skills to build and maintain productive relationships.
Exceptional project management expertise.
Collaborate with the wider team to initiate and execute project plans effectively.
Actively contribute to project meetings with clear updates throughout every phase.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to seamlessly integrate with client-side teams while delivering excellent agency services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
1-3 years of experience managing global accounts.
Experience with consumer products.
Proven experience in Digital, Print, Motion Graphics, Web Design, Artwork, and Production.
