OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an experienced strategist to join the Digitas team, you'll be working on CRM projects for a major UK telecoms brand. The CRM projects will be wide-ranging, and will involve working with the clients to define the brand’s customer strategy, comms journeys, and messaging frameworks across the entire customer lifecycle. The strategist will work closely with the CRM strategy director, as well as working with our internal creative and data teams to bring these journeys to life.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working on CRM projects preferable
  • Experience working across household brands & network agencies
  • Able to work fast in a collaborative environment with agency & client team
  • Able to distil large amounts of customer, business, and media insights into clear and actionable strategy
  • Able to closely work with channel specialists, data teams, and creative teams
  • Attention to detail and able to create multiple comms journeys
  • Comfortable with data & audience segmentations
  • Experience in developing data driven insight for comms planning
