Adam and Eve: Pillar candle sculptures

Turns out candles are a cool medium to use for sculpting! I created these sculptures out of small pillar candles that were laying around in my house. These were my second go-round at candle sculpting. I was surprised when I found little on the internet on candle sculpting; I think candles should get more love as a sculpting medium. The candle wax on these candles made it tricky to sculpt; One chip away at the candle would sometimes remove more than intended, but, because it is candle wax, I could replace sections by pouring melted wax on the damaged section and try again!
