I worked with AGL to strengthen their brand perception within a tough category; energy is Australia's least trusted sector and AGL were perceived as being a part of the problem. I was a key figure in the launch of ‘Milo’s New Space’, which repositioned the way that AGL communicated with customers that were experiencing uncertainty when moving house.
