This project was my submission to the YCN competition in 2019 in response to the brief set by Art Fund, encourage people between the ages of 18-30 to start going to museums and galleries more using the student art pass. My idea for the project was to create an ad campaign that would be seen around University buildings and accommodations or on social media, directing the material straight to the target audience using posters and an advert. I decided to create characters based around generic aliens portraying the idea of people being 'alien' to trying things, in this case museums and galleries. Over the course of the campaign the alien characters would transform into their human counterparts after exploring more galleries and museums with their student art pass. This challenged me to my first time creating a campaign using characters, and animating frame by frame.
