Houseplant retailer, Beards & Daisies, were put firmly on the e-commerce map during lockdown, when a nation stuck at home presented the perfect growth opportunity. With a large and receptive audience, a full marketing refresh helped to retain existing customers and galvanise new, ‘post-covid’ consumers. By refining all printed media touchpoints, including packaging, mailouts, catalogues and advertising, we created a cohesive and recognisable visual identity. This overhaul rolled out across all social platforms, website content and email marketing, supported by a strong TOV and copy guidelines, increasing engagement, sales and driving retention. We devised seasonal marketing campaigns and new product launches, successfully reinforced by securing press coverage in titles such as Elle Decoration and Stylist.
