I've co-founded a small student-ran social enterprise that aims to infuse local Bristol gin with local honey and profits are donated to Save the Bees charities in Bristol. Our five flavours include honey & ginger gin, honey & lemon gin, honey & rhubarb gin, honey & rosemary gin and honey & mint gin. We're currently on the search for funding to make this idea a reality and have been relentlessly testing and refining our gin.
