Following deep back end analytics, I undertook a complete restructuring of the online shop which led to a 12% sales increase within 1 month. - I worked closely with the Ecommerce team to develop an engaging, visually strong, website which would be more inviting for youth audiences. - I created short, snappy copy which was in line with the overarching voice of the BFI. - I was also responsible for all product descriptions (back end and consumer-facing).
