When asylum seekers reach the UK, they are given just £37.50 per week to live on, with no provision for menstrual supplies, which are classed as ‘luxury’ products. Bloody Good Period is a non-profit organisation set up to provide menstrual products for free to asylum seekers, refugees and those who can’t otherwise afford them.

We started working with BGP in late 2018, updating the brand identity and creating an entirely new website. With clear, direct messaging and a simplified UX, we developed a site that communicates the desperate need for action and makes it easy to get involved.
We continue to support Gabby, Bloody Good Period and the fight to end period poverty.
"Working with A Studio of Our Own has been an absolute dream. Tom, Ginnie and Fay put their everything into whatever project they take on, and the work they have produced for Bloody Good Period has been exceptional. ASOOO is small enough to collaborate effectively, but with all the experience and talent of a huge team."
