BLOOM

BLOOM - a bi-annual publication that tackles the subject of femininity in an alternative and versatile form. It rebels against traditional feminine notions and challenges stereotypes through a compilation of exclusive fashion and beauty editorials. Produced by a range of innovators, the creative and thoughtful concepts that collaborate in this book provoke a sense of unity, with uplifting editorials touching on politics, mental health, sexism and gender. The inclusion of real people from diverse backgrounds, inspires self-expression and captures powerful stories and sentiments throughout. The book celebrates a fusion between history and the future, creating a sense of decadence and nostalgia, whilst applauding liberating movements in modern history. Although affected by the 2020 pandemic lockdown, I hope to complete the creation of bloom by incorporating more powerful stories in the future, these images represent a sneak peak into this broad publication.
