Haute cuisine restaurant launch. Story Translated from French to English, BRUT simply and beautifully means; raw. Raw talent, raw materials, raw passion and personality. Our greatest challenge was launching an unknown restaurant in a Michelin star-studded city where the dining scene is fast and furious. Our second greatest challenge was launching in a quiet back street away from any natural footfall - you could easily walk past BRUT and miss it. Against the odds, thanks to a strategic launch plan we have grown an incredibly strong and engaged community in Sai Ying Pun's creative neighbourhood and launched successfully to top tier media.
