Created a few resources for BYP Network, including a CV toolkit, which had over 45% conversion rate over several months. Aimed as lead generation to encourage sign-ups to our Careers Fest and AI-powered content and job matching platform, Javelin. The guide was written with a gaming 'level up' visual theme as a nod to the positive impact of gamification on work motivation and career development.
