BRIEF
CAMPAIGN briefed us to promote the Women of Tomorrow Award 2016. It's an initiative designed to help more women thrive in - and reach the top of - an industry still dominated my men.
IDEA
The statistics shocked us. So we laid them bare. Using arresting portraits, we published press ads in Campaign and Marketing. Then we created a provocative film to expose the differences between men and women in our industry...to spark conversation at an industry event, and provoke a wave of injustice to Change The Stats.
RESULTS
The campaign ignited an influx in nominations for the Women of Tomorrow Award. And a wave of energy in the industry to start tipping the balance.
