Chatbot copy for Design Force
On-demand design agency, Design Force, asked me to research and write a chatbot script for their website. With a California cool tone of voice, the aim was to drive customers to book a free demo to understand how the agency works. I named the bot Fredi Genocs, an anagram of Design Force, and implemented a multiple-choice response system, that would trigger the next message. This is a very small section of the copy, but this was a fantastic project to work on and a new area of copywriting for me.
