Churn Analysis for Telecom Sector
· The objective of the project is to develop behavioural profile of the customer base and subsequently created churn prediction algorithm to enable effective and proactive churn management. The output of the algorithm will be utilized by the marketing teams on an ongoing basis to develop and fine tune the marketing initiatives for addressing customer churn across post-paid services. I have used statistical modelling technique- Logistic Regression analysis technique in building the Churn model.
Customer Segmentation
· The objective of the project is developed behavioural customer segmentation of the customer base – and subsequently created two levels i.e. macro and micro segmentation algorithm based on usage & value behaviour. I have used Machine Learning Technique- cluster analysis technique in building the segmentation model using SAS and R software.
