Compromise
Compromise is a critique about the face obsession, in our society due to social media and face filters, that impose specific standards and ways of looking.
In times that everything is done digitally, through computers and phones screens. The faces moulds and the visual dialogue are the tangible elements of the project.
The goal is to get away from the digital space and promote physical interactions and new conversations and discussions.
Visual dialogue is in a publication format that allows each viewer to rearrange the pages according to their thoughts and feelings. Everyone gets to see a different conversation and page order.
Ideally, the publication and the face moulds would be display in a museum, so people could discuss between them share their thoughts, and interact with all the material. However, for now, it is not a possibility. The publication and face moulds photos, alongside the videos of the production and critical texts, were displayed in an online platform.
