Zone Manager responsible for the Front of House management of the two main stages at Dimensions & Outlook Festivals.
Ensuring Health & Safety regulations were adhered to, volunteers were correctly briefed on stewarding roles, liaising with British and Croatian security teams on key issues, daily debriefs with Croatian police, security management, medical and production management regarding previous incidents, incident reporting and further actions. Also liaising with Stage management and Artist Liaison re; backstage access, artist transport and egress routes.
