My role covers a diverse skill set from pre to post production responsibilities alongside graphics and communication management from print to digital, from both logistical and creative perspectives within a luxury brand environment. Production responsibilities cover all commercial campaign image direction, working alongside creative and art directors- as well as graphic designers for all directed seasonal output within the brand guidelines. I work collaboratively in recognising strategic goals, directing the creative workflow effectively- bridging the gap between client and brand liaison for digital and print media curation.


PRODUCTION : Utilising direction from Artistic Director on brand creative, collateral and communications through to logistical coordination of all creative marketing output from still, moving image and events. I also manage the distribution of print and digital materials to international markets, assisting on special projects; for example during the recent AW15 Menswear RTW show, Gifting campaign package and ROP production including still, moving image and print materials.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATIONS : smooth creative and logistical transit throughout; bridging clear liaisons between client and brand.

ART DIRECTION : Concept development support for integrated campaigns, marketing initiatives and events: Including website assistance and communications within brand guidelines.

CREATIVE DIRECTION, ART BUYING & BRAND IMAGE ASSISTANCE: Maintaining brand ethos in conceptualising and producing engaging ideas on schedule and within projected strategy dependent on nature of project. Location sourcing, model casting, liaising with freelance creatives including stylists, photographers and related creative input for campaign direction. Obtaining an in house insider’s view of commercial processes, creativity at a luxury level, maintaining a strong innovative resource within the brand marketing department. I oversee suppliers for all buying and resourcing throughout.

DIGITAL TO PRINT MEDIA MANAGEMENT: Copywriting, colour proofing and retouching - organisation of hard copy and digital files for projects and presentation documents.

STYLING : Product compilation and styling for eCommerce and Campaign film/photography productions.

ACCOUNT & ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT : Financial, account & administrative support. Aligning project budget and strategy as per seasonal strategy from advance to final invoice.
