Meet Eddie, a hapless young inventor trying to show the world how good it is to browse the web with IE.
In the campaign, which includes two mockumentary web videos, Eddie unveiled a series of strange inventions to help non-IE users to enjoy a better browsing experience, including the Finger Activated Ring Touch Device (FARTD) which demonstrates Internet Explorer’s “perfect for touch” proposition to non-Internet Explorer users.
The campaign also included responsive videos, Instagram photos and IE UK Facebook updates on a re-skinned Facebook page.
Eddie and his unique inventions were featured in industry trade publications, including Campaign and the Drum.
