Emotional Intelligence for Performance (3 month programme)

Join a small group of Soho Works members in this 3 month programme, as we explore how we can improve our emotional intelligence. We look at EI through the lens of performance improvement, as well as happiness & connection in our relationship with ourself and others. We will cover the three key elements to emotional mastery over the course of three months. Module 1: What are emotions? (the physiology) - Monday 3rd April Module 2: Understanding our own Emotions (Emotional awareness) - Wednesday 3rd May Module 3: Understanding the Emotions of others (Emotional intelligence) - Monday 5th June Each module is a stand alone workshop, however to get the most out of this programme, I recommend attending all three workshops. Two weeks after each session there will be a check in where you will have an opportunity to revisit the content, and discuss how you have been applying what you have learnt to your life. This is key to integrating the content, and we will help you turn theory into practice. The objective of this programme is to give you the understanding, the tools, and the support to become a master of your own emotions.
