In this ongoing project have attempted to bring elements of terroir and the actual physical qualities of the soil (and water) from a specific locale into my print making practice in the hope of bringing some of the emotional resonance of a given place into the pieces I make. To this end, I have focussed on a particular place of which I am very fond of (and yet which is very convenient): the River Kelvin, where it flows through Kelvingrove Park.
