Here is the Instagram of an event I put on as part of my university course. My role and responsibilities were: Booking a venue (including all the relevant paperwork and payments) Transporting equipment to venue and setting up Promoting event on social media, distributing leaflets/posters and word of mouth. Also posting updates. Finding a graphic designer for eye catching poster Liaising with artists making sure the line up runs smoothly and their evening goes smoothly too.
