A social monthly group based in Cardiff for Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic ( BAME) people who identify as LGBT+. This group was set up in July 2016 and has been going strong since. We have a range of attendees from local residents, international students to asylum seekers.
In August 2017, I helped to put an application together for Glitter Cymru to get a community stand at Cardiff Pride. We were successful and so happy to get the opportunity to represent Glitter Cymru at a major pride event. We were the only stand at Cardiff Pride that solely represented BAME LGBT+ people.
