Google Cloud Next '18

My role was that of Executive Producer. The annual flagship event for Google Cloud was the largest event ever in EMEA, covering 25% of the ExCel Centre in London. With a Production Director, we ran a 30 strong team of full-time & freelance staff, increasing to around 60-70 crew onsite and almost 500 event staff cross site. Worked with creative and production team to create realistic timelines, tracked change orders and managed client expectations. Set agendas & held weekly update meetings with clients and key stakeholders. Set-up of process, client feedback, proofs and sign-off docs for floorplans, 3D models & graphics Planned security and ensured H&S standards and Crisis Management protocols were met and adhered to.
