Post producer on an incredible 360 video video walkthrough for Google's autonomous vehicles. Working closely with the Waymo team, and Google's Creative Lab, we developed and created a YouTube 360 video that would help visualise the technology behind Waymo, allowing cars to drive themselves. My key responsibilities included: - Pitching, scoping and winning the project. - Working closely with Framestore Pictures live-action department to plan for the shoot, sourcing crew, props, costume and more. - All budgetting, scheduling and project management from a post-production perspective including on-set supervision in Arizona. - Daily contact with client and key project stake-holders, keeping all parties up to date on budgets, timings, deliveries and more. - Creating several contracts, Scope of Works and other project documentation. - Responsible for third party soundhouse relationship, included budgets, timings, booking sessions and talent. - Day-to-day project management, working closely with the VFX team including 2D, 3D, Houdini and Motion Graphics artists. - Responsible for final deliveries to YouTube 360, alongside social video clips and additional press materials including stills.
