Identity & interface design for a fashion brand’s online learning management system.

With a growing global retail staff resource, Hackett’s retail director had pointed out that new staff needed to understand the brand through a system that provided greater engagement than a handbook could achieve.
The project identity was heavily influenced by the existing branding, but with an added, playful twist, in keeping with the brands tone of voice.
As design lead I worked with a project manager from the HR team, the senior sales team and partnered with a development team in Spain to produce the online learning management system.
As well as design lead for the identity, I created a project scope & plan document in partnership with the project manager. The scope document was pitched to the board for initial buy-in. After approval, I designed the fundamental working of the system including creating a wire frame to give the developers a strong guide for creating the interface.
