I lead the end-to-end redesign of the Ticketmaster Blog for implementation across 12 key markets.
The task was to re-imagine the existing blog with focus towards a lifestyle and news platform that would allow for content marketing activities.
I started the project by data-mining the previous blogs’ performances for each market, recording stakeholder requirements and running workshop with the relevant Content Marketing teams. I then approach wireframing and prototyping.
Throughout this project, I worked closely with the Front-End Engineer. At the time of writing, the project was still in its implementation phase with initial roll outs in the following markets:
