Interview with Dries Van Noten

Earlier this year I had the pleasure of spending some time with true fashion royalty, Dries Van Noten. . As I tottered around Dries’ country estate in Antwerp, in a pair of those strappy sandals we all wore to death in the spring, my heels got stuck in the cobbles, I made holes in the lawn and I regretted saying "no" to borrowing a pair of wellies. But all was alright in the end, when Dries' partner Patrick kindly assured me “you were meeting a fashion designer, what else were you going to do?!”. They were both so kind, so cool, and oh so chic.
