Keinschneechaos

“Keinschneechaos” is the revival of the 2013 original production of the same show and was again performed by 200 kids (100 kids in each cast) between the age of 7 and 17. The kids, taking on roles as soloists, singers, and dancers, are trained at the Friedrichstadt-Palast and perform the show about 40 times around the holiday season.

The Friedrichstadt-Palast is a revue theatre in the heart of the city of Berlin. Today, it produces some of the largest ensuite-shows in the Western world with more that 100 dancers, singers and acrobats performing every night. The main stage covers 2,200 square meters and houses a water basin, several podiums, top-notch lighting equipment and the latest LED and projection tech.

- Styling the lighting design and reacting to design challenges in the interplay of stage and lighting design.
- Improved the creative production processes by keeping a tight management of all creative processes, incl. leading production meetings, keeping close contact with all creatives involved in the artistic production.
- Overlooking their creative and timely implementation by spanning all trades of the theatre (creative direction, creative production management, stage tech direction, lighting designers, head of automation, stage management, stage crew) and external creative service providers (crafts men, video designers, stage designer).
- Planning and documenting of the rehearsals and their subsequent evaluation with the respective trades of the theatre, especially lighting and stage tech.
