After launching their first product line with a hero-ingredient “Avocado oil”, Koru needed to define the brand by its core values instead of its products. Lifestyle-Oriented storytelling and communication guidelines were created to ensure they have one consistent voice. The result was the brand added values of emotional benefits that are beyond just problems and solutions. The brand offers “Honest beauty”. This results in a straight-forward tone of voice which enables the brand to appear more thoughtful and elevated.
