The problem: It’s becoming increasingly clear that the fashion industry is contributing to the rapid destruction of our planet. In fact, it is the second largest polluter in the world, right after the oil industry ... The solution: Cause a tidal shift in the way people shop by changing the fashion system from within with a high-end socially driven DTC portal that stocks 100% sustainable products from mega brands and disruptive newcomers. I worked as the sole person on the marketing team for Labelld, with a focus on digital marketing strategy.

My role involved market and consumer research, preparing decks for investors, analysing competitor website metrics, identifying paid and organic social media opportunities and developing the brand market strategy. I was there before the site and social media launches in 2020.
