lines is an online zine celebrating diversity of opinion and freedom of expression.
We all have a voice, opinions and stories to tell but sometimes finding the right platform can be a challenge. Lines provides the space for emerging writers and creatives to share their ideas. With no restriction on subject matter or requirement to fit a brand voice, we champion diversity and international perspectives.
We publish online but creating a print style publication is important for us. We value design as much as content.
We launched our first issue in September last year and are currently editing submissions for issue 2.
In the next issue: Surrealism in fashion, progressive politics, Australian festivals, Andes art, 90s icons, indigenous rights in Brazil, Ren Hang's photography, perfume innovations and a photojournal from the Dead Sea.
As you can see, we value diversity - there's something for everyone's interests within our pages.
