Luolai envisioned the creation of a new luxury store format, resonating with the sophistication synonymous with international luxury brands whilst remaining rooted in local traditions. This was following on from the brand’s recent rebrand and unified look and feel around camel tones and finishes. The objective was to craft a retail environment that resonates with the refined identity. Despite the shift towards a more international appeal, Luolai remained rooted in local traditions, preserving elements such as wedding gifting and VIP lounges that offered a nod to cultural practices.
