Finalist in the M&C Saatchi Open House final pitch task with Costa Coffee. Honourable mention for the concept Alt by Default, which brought alternative milk options to the forefront of Costa's menus.
We were given two key objectives.
1. Get Costa Club members to make an additional visit to try an alternative milk.
2. Position Costa with customers, baristas and supply chain partners as a brand that encourages more sustainable behaviours.
From this we outlined our strategy, identifying human insights and
brand truths to develop our propsition and inform creative.
