The objective of this campaign was to announce Isco as the newest member of the adidas family in a way that transcends social. The insight we wanted to bring to life were the parallels between Isco’s style of play and his love for Magic, he even has the word tattooed on his arm. “I think everyone enjoys magic, it’s something which gets everybody going and it’s also something which I identify myself.” We presented ‘MAGISCO’, the messaging landed seamlessly working in English and Spanish and set up the tone for the whole campaign. Before the campaign kicked off we wanted to tease the announcement in a way that isn’t the norm. So we delivered a pair of blackout Nemeziz boots to Isco with the wording Magisco on them, adding fuel to the fire before the official launch. On launch day we delivered a 60 second hero film. A full Magisco toolkit including bespoke logo design. A set of portrait photography which linked back to the Magisco logo and overall campaign. As well as a suit of OOH tools that lived in the adidas and Real Madrid stores in Spain and a two page spread in the official Real Madrid magazine.
