Digital prints on newsprint
This project looked at the idea of mapping of news, and how newspapers reported the Japanese T?hoku earthquake in 2011 very differently. What I produced was a cross-sectional analysis of newspapers, analysing each sentence word by word, to map sentence length and content. For me it was an interesting and revealing exploration of news, something that we absorb every day without much thought.
